On Tuesday June 14th 50 eBusiness Club members met at Channels Golf Club, Little Waltham, Chelmsford to listen to 2 presenters whose brief was to de-mystify the assortment of options now available for mobile communication and to show how these devices can be used to integrate business processes.
Paul Locke, Azura gave a case study on company with a number of engineers working away from base. They had been a totally paper based operation and are now using PDA devices to hold and record all information relevant to each engineer visit. Stuart Lilley has to have jackets with a number of pockets. In Fagin style he produced numerous examples of PDA, mobile phone, blackberry etc all from his pockets!
